Eric began his Real Estate career in Tampa, FL in 2005 and was recognized as "Rookie of the Year". He was the key affiliate of a successful Real Estate group (Tampa Real Estate Consultants) closing over 300 transactions (assisting both Buyers and Sellers) totaling over $130M (2006-2010).
Before embarking on his career as a Realtor Eric was previously an advertising executive at Young Rubicam - New York, a USCG-certified boat captain SCUBA instructor in Key West, a Ballast Control Engineer on a semisubmersible oil platform (Texaco's Ocean Star) in the Gulf of Mexico, and a commercial fisherman in the Gulf of Alaska.
An Emerald Coast native, Eric graduated from Choctawhatchee High School in Ft. Walton Beach, received his BA from Birmingham-Southern College and his MfA from The University of Iowa. His appreciation for the intrinsic natural beauty of the Emerald Coast after his worldwide travels made it easy "to come home again" in 2010.
Eric's expertise includes working with Sellers, first-time homebuyers, Buyers relocating permanently to the area, and Buyers looking for investment properties and/or vacation/second homes. Sellers are assured Eric will market their property with the highest level of professionalism and deliver the market exposure required to obtain the highest possible price in the current market.
